Troop 654 was founded in 1951 and is one of the older troops in in the Colonial District of the National Capital Area Council.   Between 1951 and April of 2007, 159 scouts have achieved the rank of Eagle. We meet on Monday nights at 7:30 pm in St. Luke’s Episcopal Church located in Fairfax County – a suburb of Washington, DC.
